Mayborn Museum

We visited the Mayborn Museum today with Amy and Mya.  It was free Sunday and very crowded, but always fun!

Fun at the Mayborn

Today was free Sunday at the Mayborn Museum-the first of each month is free, so we went with the Smith's after church. First we hit one of our fave eateries--Taco Cabana, then on to the museum! Caden enjoyed playing with the toys in the museum store, then we played in the play room. Caden and Olivia got on the fire truck and car, then off we went to the rooms.

Fun with foam blocks! It was funny to see Caden quickly fly from one thing to the other. There was so much to see and do!

Upstairs, there was a quiet play room. We got to hang out and talk while the kidlings played with puzzles. Caden spent at least 30 minutes on this 3 bear puzzle!

All in all, we had a blast! Caden was exhausted and upset on the way home and took a very late nap but it was so worth it. We'll definitely need to make this a monthly routine!

Christmas at the Mayborn

Mark's family, Caden and I went to the Mayborn the day after Christmas and enjoyed the train display. It was a fun day!
